- Under general direction role may include: providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration, service issues resolution, information management, customer file maintenance, lead routing, and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business through service level upgrades and expanded product offerings for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
- Provides dedicated customer service and support via telephone, email, web, and mail
- Assisting sales team with preparation of sales documents and/or Data Entry
- Proactively conducts outbound phone and email campaigns to customers
- Understands how to research an account and determine pricing, contract information, lead routing, etc.
- Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Sales teams
- Acts and communicates as a subject matter expert, trainer, coach, and key reference contact as new reps are onboarded
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
- Preferred Education: in Associates or Equivalent
