Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Loan processing Team. This individual is expected to work within the Underwriting team to facilitate entry of customer data in our Underwriting system and coordinate with Loan Specialists to complete the customer loan process in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.

In this role you will:

● Understand the underwriting and risk management process and adapt to the company software in order to navigate and capture data quickly and efficiently.

● Constantly cross communicate to requests from Loan Specialists to ensure seamless completion of loan process.

● Daily entry of all underwriting criteria notified via email, chat or other software.

● Identify anomalies in the data and suggest updates to upper management.

● Daily management of underwriting reports.

● Ability to conduct research and verify data and facts quickly

● Other duties and projects, as may be assigned and deemed appropriate from the manager

Requirements:

● High school diploma/ GED required.

● Experience with Microsoft office tools especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, charts and basic formulae)

Interest in the financial services industry and should love numbers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
