Data Entry Operator - Remote/Office

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large amounts of information into our database. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, which is essential for the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in our database system accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Retrieve data from various sources and prepare it for entry into the database.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
• Answer queries and provide support to staff or clients regarding Data Entry and database use.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Data Entry software and familiarity with database systems.
  
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data quality standards and best practices.
