Position Description

Joseph, Mann & Creed (JMC) is searching for an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to help support the Data Entry of our application intake process

Major Areas of Responsibility·

• Data entry
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Process returned mail.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages when necessary.
• Forward any privacy complaints to the corporate privacy officer.

Primary Objectives:

Follow all company policies and maintain proper standards of conduct that have been established by JMC.

Specific Responsibilities of the Job

Candidates must be comfortable working full time (40 hours per week). Compensation based on experience. JMC offers excellent benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance after 90 days of employment. Vacation pay and 401 K after 90 days. Continual training and development offered. Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• JMC provided mandatory training annually
• Prior administrative staff experience
