Job Title: Data Entry/Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, providing essential administrative support services to case specialists and teams working with families enrolled in subsidized child care programs. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of program operations and maintaining compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Mail Processing and Documentation:
Receive and process mail promptly.
Log documentation into NOHO according to program regulations and guidelines.
Review submitted documentation for completeness and follow up on any missing information.
Subsidy Support Tasks:
Perform filing, typing, and sending/receiving/logging of subsidized mailings.
Prepare enrollment and provider packets.
Send copies of Notice of Action to parents and/or DPSS.
Provide clerical support with photocopying, filing, faxing, and typing.
Telephone Assistance:
Answer telephones and assist callers.
Transfer calls requiring special attention.
Follow up on phone calls as needed.
Log relevant information into NOHO.
Data Entry and Searches:
Enter data into NOHO accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct searches in response to inquiries.
Team Communication and Support:
Provide daily communication and support to the Subsidy and CSI teams.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective program operations.
Program Module Assembly and Maintenance:
Assist in the assembly and maintenance of accurate and complete program modules.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Technical Support:
Offer technical support and assistance as needed to facilitate smooth department processes.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Develop and maintain knowledge of program regulations, guidelines, and funding terms and conditions relevant to job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using relevant software and databases.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
