Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems. The primary responsibilities include entering new projects, vendors, accounts payable, equipment hours, and handling various general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong Data Entry skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Data Entry:

Accurately enter new projects into the system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to obtain necessary information for Data Entry.

Vendor Management:

Maintain a comprehensive database of vendors by entering new vendor information accurately and promptly.

Update vendor records as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Equipment Hours Entry:

Record equipment usage hours in the system, ensuring that data is up-to-date and reflects accurate usage information.

Collaborate with relevant departments to gather equipment-related data.

General Administrative Tasks:

Assist with general administrative duties as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.

Provide support to other team members and departments as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Data Entry and accuracy in handling numerical data.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using Data Entry software and Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in Data Entry or administrative roles is preferred.
