Data Entry Clerk

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and work from home as a Data Entry Clerk PRN (10-20 hours per week) in the Washington, NC or Greenville, NC area. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately enter daily progress notes into a healthcare database. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, possess 50 wpm or more typing skills, demonstrate knowledge of healthcare acronyms related to speech therapy, be able to work efficiently, have access to a computer and internet, and available during daytime hours. Training will be provided in person or via a virtual platform. Upon training completion, progress notes will be dropped off to the candidate's home at least 3 times per workday. The Data Entry must be completed within 3 days of submission. Candidate must be willing to sign a confidentiality statement. No phone calls please.

```Duties:```
- Enter data from paper copies into designated databases and systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

```Qualifications:```
- Proficient in relevant software applications
- Strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with databases and Data Entry systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
