We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our company database as well as managing physical and electronic filing systems to ensure the organization and accessibility of important documents. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with other team members to maintain data consistency and completeness.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and verify data in various databases and systems.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by performing regular quality checks.
- Inputting data from various sources into electronic databases with precision and speed.
- Organize and maintain files in a systematic manner.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Follow company compliance policies and procedures regarding Data Entry and information security.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Prioritize and tackle backlog of Data Entry and filing tasks efficiently.
- Develop strategies to expedite filing processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Savvy, specifically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing and Data Entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
