Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:
As a Data Entry Clerk at Grasser & Associates LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our systems. Your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and maintain various types of data, ensuring its integrity and reliability. You will work closely with other team members to streamline processes and optimize Data Entry procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into our database system with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify and correct any discrepancies in the data to ensure its integrity.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve Data Entry processes and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Proven experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Data Entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
