Data Entry Clerk

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. Must have experience on AIMS system. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our computerized systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clerical role and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases and computerized systems
- Transcribe information from various sources and ensure accuracy
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform basic math calculations when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in Data Entry and typing on AIMS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems
- Basic knowledge of databases and Excel and AIMS
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $22.70 - $25.12 per hour
