Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records.

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Retrieve and organize files as needed
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient typing skills
- Basic math skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with databases and Data Entry processes
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
