Key responsibilities
- Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting Data Entry requirements
- Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes
- Assisting with special projects as required
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
- Providing assistance with Data Entry and other administrative tasks
- Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry
- Handling materials containing highly confidential information- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
- Produce a Data Entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
- Comprehensive knowledge of Data Entry
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proficient with computers and technology platforms
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
