Server (Part-Time or Full-Time) Evenings and Weekends

We are looking for our next amazing evening and weekend Server to join our dynamic, compassionate team at our award-winning senior living community. Nestled under the pines and set along the Deschutes river on the west side of town, Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village offers an inviting work environment and supportive leadership.

As a Server, you will serve our wonderful residents through a variety of dining activities, creating a top-notch experience and ensuring that their health, safety and well-being are protected at all times. Our Servers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.

• Starting wage $17.00 for part-time and $18.50 for full-time with the opportunity for increases and growth!
• Weekends and holiday availability is a must.
• No late nights! You'll be done before 8:00pm most nights. Weekend shifts will vary, depending on scheduling needs. Full availability on weekends is preferred.

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compasison), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
• The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
