The Data Entry position will coordinate with management to ensure an orderly work flow between departments. You will represent the company in a professional manner communicating with vendors, upper management, and the corporate office. This position is located at our Distribution Center in Riverside, California.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Input data into Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Organize and file documents.
- Communicate via telephone, email, and fax.
- Data Entry employees may be cross-trained to assist in multiple positions.
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Candidate must be flexible to work the following schedules:
Monday to Friday
- Swing Shifts: Start time: 2:00 pm
Data Entry positions start at $18.00/hour
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Windows.
- Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Call center experience is helpful, but not required.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with 10-key is helpful, but not required.
