Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our computer systems and databases. This position requires strong typing skills, proficiency in computer software such as Excel and Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational abilities. Responsibilities: - Enter data into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy - Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents - Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested - Sort, organize, and file paperwork as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Follow Data Entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy - Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned Experience: - Proven experience in Data Entry or a similar clerical role - Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with databases and Data Entry systems - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a highly organized individual with strong Data Entry skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
