ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/ DUTIES
The essential functions/duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Review work queue for all assigned cases in New Jersey Early Intervention System to audit for required documents.
- Ensure all documents are complete and accurate before distributing to clinicians, i.e. Request for Services, Service Authorizations, Prescriptions, service mandates, etc.
- Data enter and properly document approved services as per IFSP into internal system, eProvider PLUS.
- Create virtual files and update approved services as needed.
- Work closely with Program Manager to ensure all authorizations are accepted and providers receive paperwork within a timely manner.
- Maintains clinician, client and company confidentiality.
- Attends meetings and participates in projects related to administrative functions.
- Responsible for special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
- Answers telephones, conveys and takes messages, and gives routine information in accordance with established procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook required)
- New York Early Intervention System (NYEIS)

REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree preferred
- High School diploma required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle high volume of data entry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, telephone, computer)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
