Operates a Data Entry device to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Must also have analytical skills and be able to look at the data given, digest the information, and enter the necessary information.
There will be little transcription being done in this role.
This role will interact with customers
Candidate will be looking at plant maps, deciphering plant maps and entering data based on what they see; they will have to determine what needs to be in there or not.
