Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range offered for this role is: $100,000 - 115,000

Overview of the Data Engineer role:
- Create efficient processes for gathering, organizing, and cleaning appropriate data for analysis
- Use data analysis to understand its value and extract meaningful insights
- Develop models that help identify potential trading opportunities and market trends
- Create user-friendly tools to analyze real-time data, simplifying complex mathematical concepts
- Collaborate with diverse teams, offering insights without overwhelming technical jargon
- Apply understanding of data imports/exports and common software concepts to facilitate discussions
Preferred Qualifications for the Data Engineer
- 5+ years working in a software development team preferred
- 5-7+ years developing, maintaining and supporting relevant data solutions
- 5+ years of PowerBI experience. Industry experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems) with a focus on data analysis.
- Experience using applied mathematics to build analytical models, including linear regression and time-series analysis, as demonstrated in a working environment or collegiate project(s)
- Experience with Reporting Tools – PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS or similar technology
