Job Description:
- As a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the PLM system to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Your responsibilities will include addressing day-to-day user requests, managing incidents, conducting requirement gathering sessions, supporting integrations, and designing new functionalities.
- Your expertise in configuration, customization, and database querying will be essential in ensuring the PLM system aligns with business objectives.
- Supporting day to day user requests of configuration and customization.
- Working on user raised incidents.
- Conducting requirement gathering sessions with business users to understand the new requirements.
- Supporting the daily inbound and outbound integrations of the PLM system.
- Designing new integrations.
- Creating database queries for new reports requested by business.
