- Develop and implement scalable machine-learning algorithms for processing of images and text.
- Lead crowdsourcing and algorithmic labeling efforts.
- Innovate in monitoring and statistical analysis of data processing to ensure optimal performance.
- Influence technology and infrastructure decisions, including upgrades and replacements.
- Pursue continuous professional development through certifications and training.
- Mentor and guide team members.

- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Physics, Electrical engineering, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree in these fields perferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in developing machine learning algorithms in computer vision and language processing using frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, SQL, Matlab, PHP, JavaScript, Html; experience with OO programming (C++, Java) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, Jira and similar development tools.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desired.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
