Data Coordinator - Warsaw, IN
Join our dynamic team at Mahar, a WBENC certified global MRO distributor and service provider, committed to driving efficiency for our valued customers. We are currently seeking a results-driven Data Coordinator to help assist Mahar sies with reporting, data analysis and research.

What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Ability to type and navigate a computer system and various types of software without oversight or instruction; must be comfortable using excel
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Must be well organized
- Position requires managing and correctly entering large amounts of data within prescribed time limits
- Must pass drug test and yield satisfactory results from background check
What you’ll do:
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Creating new and updating existing reports to improve output of information
- Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Owning and managing the MDC discrepancy process
- Assists Application Engineers with cost savings initiatives related to projects for the customer
- Assists with projects as assigned by management
- Assumes responsibility and authority for executing job related duties outlined in the Mahar Tool Supply Co., Inc. Quality Manual
