SalaryWe are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager for a company in Irvine, CA. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for updating the backend data architecture, data preparation, and delivering reporting and business intelligence to end-users through Power BI. Our main objective will be creating analytics for business units, transitioning our data from multiple sources to a SQL database. This role will have some direct reports to help support the overall department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and enforce application standards and procedures.
- Interface with internal/external business SMEs to create and maintain operational reporting in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
- Scope out business requirements and create reports from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain performance queries to expedite data refresh times.
- Analyze and manipulate data as required for ad-hoc analysis.
- Isolate and resolve data source issues with limited supervision and oversight.
- Collaborate with other team members to assist in data-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
- 5+ years of loading, importing, and exporting data into and from databases.
- 2+ years of reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
- 2+ years of defining DAX measures and modeling in Power BI.
- Experience with Python/VBA is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solver with the ability to understand business issues and implement robust solutions.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline-focused skill sets.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable for assigned work.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of mortgage experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
