Accountabilities:
- Candidates will be responsible for various data-related tasks.
- Setting up and attending meetings, responding to emails, and working with stakeholders to implement scalable data tables, analytics, and reporting capabilities to support Tech leadership and operational decision-making.
- Designing, developing, and building metrics dashboards to measure gTech Global Learning and Development (L&D) performance and ongoing learner activity.
- Meeting with key stakeholders and creating a data discovery document to complete data discovery and deep dives, and presenting insights derived from data to the broader team.
- Building a technical vision, project plans, and executing on the plan to deliver program deliverables.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining database solutions, including scripting to support teams in developing software applications and system enhancements.
- Performing data integrity measures, cleansing, and tagging on a weekly basis.
- Monitoring performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary infrastructure optimization on a weekly basis initially, and then monthly.
- Developing applications that adhere to internal development methodologies, and improving and developing new and existing dashboards to support business growth and scalability.
- Managing access of data requests on a daily basis, provisioning accesses, executing administrative tasks for established programs and providing support for any tool issues or challenges that may arise.
- Overseeing the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Intermediate to advanced dashboarding skills (Plx, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
- Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills (R, Stata, or other statistics package).
- Working knowledge of HTML.
- Clear communication skills, especially when translating between technical and business audiences.
- This position requires a strong background in data analysis, database solutions, and dashboard development.
- The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is also crucial.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
