BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven insights that fuel our content creation strategies. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing social media metrics, audience behaviors, and content performance to optimize our creative processes and maximize audience engagement.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Analyzing social media data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for content optimization
• Utilizing data coming up with strategies for modifying and repurposing existing content to optimize revenue specific to each social platform
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of content campaigns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and strategists to inform content strategy decisions
• Conducting in-depth audience segmentation and behavioral analysis to understand audience preferences and interests
• Utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media analytics to continuously enhance our analytics capabilities

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• A minimum of 3 years working within the entertainment industry or related area 
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics,or related field 
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a social media or digital marketing context
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar languages
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for uncovering insights and solving problems
• Prior experience with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus

 WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Data Analyst will report directly to the Head of Social 

WHO YOU OVERSEE:

Currently, the Data Analyst has no personnel reporting directly to him or her

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

Our Data Analyst will work remotely from home or personal office and will be required to utilize a time tracking software to log and submit work hours

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS: 

The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
