We are actively seeking a JR Data Analyst/Submarine Maintenance to join our DTO team based in Norfolk, VA or Washington, DC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, assess, and analyze complex problems and evolving requirements.

Create and refine high-quality deliverables independently with minimal technical guidance.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

This position requires candidates to be United States citizens, exclusively due to the mandated security clearance requirements associated with our federal contract*

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience in US Navy Submarine Maintenance and Sustainment data.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Familiarity with Navy Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI) systems, preferred.

Proven ability to employ research and analytical thinking.

Proficiency in Data Science and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Qlik/Tableau).

Experience in User Experience/Interface Design and Data & Systems Engineering (e.g., Databricks and Trifacta).

Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and consistent follow-through.

Ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with high-ranking Naval officers.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including adept presentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Position is subject to background investigation and requires a government granted security clearance.
