As a Data Analyst, you'll be working on collecting, analyzing, and providing key insights. Use various tools to design visuals, analyze, and build and update existing applications and reports. You'll also be collaborating closely with project teams, inter-departmental stakeholders, and an array of external partners. We can't wait to have you on board!

Your day
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the credit union by addressing questions regarding credit union demographics, products and services, channel use information, as well as broad financial and credit union industry topics
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and management to develop a clear understanding of their strategic and tactical business initiatives
- Perform complex data analysis and clearly interpret results to the end-user
- Assesses and plans data strategy for projects and work requests to aid in the decision-making process, strategic goals, and objectives
- Collaborate with all departments to determine efficiencies and develop a process to meet business needs
- Interprets data and makes recommendations on processes, products, and services to increase efficiency and member value
- Appropriately and efficiently manages the Data Helpdesk ticketing queue
- Remains current on credit union and financial industry trends through news, publications, seminars, conferences, training, and internal meetings
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal team members, leadership, key stakeholders, and/or external contacts
- Provides forward thinking technical expertise in current and emerging technologies, trends, and best practices
- Collaborates on reviews of proposed technology software to assess the integrity, need, and quality of the solution
We need
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer/Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Preferably, credit union experience delivering insights in a data-centric role with an emphasis on analysis and insights
- 2 Years of experience with Data Analysis and Reporting tools (Microsoft SSMS, Power BI, Oracle, Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Familiar with SQL, Python, R, JavaScript/HTML, PowerShell, etc.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter
