Job Title: Data Analyst – Power BI

Location: Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid 3 days in office

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $40-$41/hr on W2

Description:

• This role is supporting an ongoing project. We are key stakeholders in a large company project and will need analyst support.
• We are replacing a legacy system with a totally new format. We will need help setting priorities through data as well as validating improvements (gap analysis)
• Looking for analyst that can help analyze data and trends. Would like experience with process mapping.
• Understanding of Six Sigma principles but does not need to be green belt.
• Must have experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, Power BI

Top 4 skills:

Power BI - Should have at least 2 years experience. Preferably, experience from professional environment building/designing robust Power BI dashboards.
The Manager would like to see samples of Power BI work - please upload on the candidate's profile.

To be successful in this role, need someone who is organized, detail oriented, can work quickly and multi-task.

The team is currently a 2 person team but they will work closely with other stakeholders throughout the organization. They will especially work closely with our technology team. The team may grow as the project continues.

• Gather data from multiple sources
• Correlate and present data
• Analyze data and trends
• Perform gap analysis and process mapping of procedures
