Data Analyst
Sustainability Partners (SP) seeks extraordinary individuals to join us as we invest in the modernization of essential infrastructure. Public entities have difficulty designing, procuring, budgeting, and implementing critical corrections to obsolete, unreliable, and costly infrastructure. SP has a permanent solution to our nation’s $4T deferred maintenance crisis with a simple use-based service. With this service, we provide robust new infrastructure and keep it permanently reliable, safe, and performing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
SP utilizes the Smartsheet platform to help manage and track our projects, as well as the development and execution of each of our teams' functions. This includes legal, capital, project managers, underwriting, accounting, and marketing.
This individual will need to understand the inter-workings of SP and be able to apply that knowledge to Smartsheet creation and maintenance. They will also need to be able to think creatively on how to improve the Smartsheet infrastructure as it exists and expand upon it.
Background in data analysis and Smartsheet preferred, but not required. It is required to have an understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel or programming.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, support, and maintain across all projects and teams to accomplish the following:
- Track each infrastructure project from origination through lifecycle for effective management of timelines, document sharing, team alignment and collaboration
- Increase connectivity and integration of SP staff, finance, vendors, contractors, and customers through customized Smartsheet dashboards
- Keep teams focused on efficient project progress
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet suggested
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Highly competitive spirit with a passion to provide effective solutions enabling others to succeed
- Self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude for data analysis and complex spreadsheet formulas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
