Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models that help to understand key business behaviors and drive business insight.
• Developing, maintaining, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Tableau
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
• Translating ideas and questions into data visualizations and stories using Tableau BI
• Providing expertise on BI best practices and 3rd-party tools
• Collecting, refining, and preparing data for analytics and visualization
• Structuring ambiguous business problems and recommending visualization solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to represent complex data findings in a comprehensive manner.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations.
• Data Wrangling: Cleanse, structure, and merge multiple data sources in preparation for analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout all data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to understand their needs and challenges, and provide data-driven solutions.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar data analysis role.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
