Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, including subscriber records, call logs, customer demographics, and network performance data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in customer behavior.
Marketing Campaign Optimization:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, A/B tests, and promotions, providing insights to optimize strategies.
Subscriber Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analyses to understand subscriber behavior and preferences.
- Generate actionable insights to improve the customer experience, reduce churn, and increase subscriber lifetime value.
Data Visualization:
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar for data presentation.
Data-driven Recommendations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations and track the impact on key performance metrics.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in Telecom and Data Science.
- Apply industry best practices to enhance data analysis methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with Telecom datasets, including subscriber data, call records, and network data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with machine learning techniques for classification, regression, and clustering. (good to have)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Telecom marketing strategies and industry-specific challenges is a plus.
