Required:
- No More than 4 years Experience
- 3+ years of experience (someone that will grow with the team) - Master Data Analyst not Data Analysts.
- 2+ years SAP master data, Materials Management (MM), Master Data Governance (MDG), sales and distribution,
- SAP Supply Chain Planning
Also:
- Create and maintain material master data and bills of materials.
- Manage NPI/MCMP and other change requests in global PLM systems.
- Monitor data flow and resolve problems related to material master data in the SAP system.
- Review and maintain lifecycle discrepancies between SAP and PLM systems.
- SQL / Tableau Strongly desired

What You Will Be Doing:
The Master Data Analyst oversees the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from New Product Development to obsolescence. They collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth SKU flow and act as the driving force behind project execution, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and drive projects to completion. Additionally, they liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements, address pain points, and propose data-supported improvements.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and maintain processes for SAP master data maintenance in Consumer Health.
- Communicate with global consumer health business representatives.
- Provide cross-functional support for SAP master data to Process Owners and Managers.
- Assess proposed SAP master data changes for long-term effectiveness.
- Analyze issues and propose alternative solutions related to master data.
- Test all master data changes for alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure proper administration and maintenance of master data.
- Develop and analyze master data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain system documentation in compliance with GMP and change control procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain profit centers and product hierarchy master data.
- Create and maintain material master data and bills of materials.
- Manage NPI/MCMP and other change requests in global PLM systems.
- Monitor data flow and resolve problems related to material master data in the SAP system.
- Review and maintain lifecycle discrepancies between SAP and PLM systems.
- Support acquisitions and integration activities.
- Ensure Master Data accuracy through audits and data mining.
- Provide training on Master Data to the US SCM community.
- Manage master data to ensure a seamless supply of $3 billion yearly sales value.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including supply chain experience; or
- Master's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, including supply chain planning.
- 2+ years of SAP experience in master data, materials management, or sales and distribution, with 2 years in the Consumer or Pharma industry.
- Working knowledge of PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of information systems technology, business processes, and procedures.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of SQL and Tableau desired.
