We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo Asset Management Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within our client's Asset Management program. This role involves general data validation, clean up, and administering data in alignment with enterprise data standards and business requirements. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance maintenance practices.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize Maximo or similar CMMS for Preventative, Corrective, and Emergency work management.
- Conduct data analytics and manipulate queries to interpret data for problem-solving.
- Implement business process improvements within an enterprise environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and intermediate SharePoint, Visio, and Google Earth.
- Experience in Facility and Operations Management.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
- Recommend and implement modifications to existing procedures and reporting systems.
- Assist in scheduling, prioritizing, tracking, and reporting on work orders.
- Develop and maintain reports to measure maintenance performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science, engineering, construction management, accounting, economics, or business administration.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in working with diverse workforces.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience with Maximo, Assetworks, Esri Arc GIS, Oracle, COGNOS, SAP, BIM, CAD, RFID, SNMP, and GPS-enabled handheld/tablet devices preferred.
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred due to travel requirements.
- Understanding of Asset Management plans, maintenance strategies, and budget processes.
- Knowledge of maintenance management, infrastructure management, or Asset Management principles.
- Experience with QA/QC of asset data in Maximo 7.6, 8.4, or 8.5.
- Familiarity with operations, maintenance, or construction contracts.
- Understanding of labor agreements for facility operations and maintenance staff.
