```Duties```
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare professionals
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Update and maintain scheduling software or systems
- Collaborate with other staff members to optimize scheduling processes
- Handle rescheduling or cancellations as needed
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a scheduling role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic, Dentrix)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and office procedures
