Data Analyst

Join one of the fastest growing Field Marketing Organizations in the country that has a core focus of providing unparallel support to independent insurance brokers. We are an independent sales, marketing, and support channel that works directly with the top insurance carriers, brokers, and business professionals across the country. SRG is looking for a hardworking and highly motivated individual to oversee our data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data!

The ideal candidate has experience in the insurance industry and has the ability to transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic business decisions.

• Creating Reports and communicating data to brokers, insurance carriers, and agency partners
• Collaborate with Admin and Accounting managers to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights
• Import and Export Data files in to various technology platforms
• Work directly with representatives that manage our enrollment platforms (Sunfire) and CRM (Trustycare)
• Attend Company Events
• Some Travel

Job Qualifications:

• Experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced in Excel
• Hard working
• Good Communication Skills
• Responsible
• Willing to Learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
