Job Description:
Handle inbound calls regarding claims status, rejections, and benefits, with proficient computer skills.
Previous medical experience preferred, with outbound outreach and escalation abilities.
Conduct telephone screening/surveys for care coordination.
Complete the Glider Customer Service assessment.
Schedule:
Work hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
Comfortable in a high call volume role (100 calls/day, 50 outbound and 50 inbound).
1-3 years of Call Center experience.
Manager open to candidates with over 3 years of experience.
Expectations:
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Training: 6-week period, adjusted based on needs.
Additional Skills:
Medical background and telephonic outreach experience preferred.
