ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network! 

If you want the chance to work gigs on the coolest of client projects...then ModSquad is the place for you!! Our clients are strictly Top Tier whose product offerings and services are hip, contemporary, and very current. You will instantly know who they are and very likely use them yourselves. Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. 

Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.

As a Mod on this project, you'll do Tier 2 Customer Support, as well as handle detailed and technically-oriented simulation setups with our client's customers.

Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
Monday - Friday, 5 am - 3 pm (primarily need hours on Mon/Tues mornings between 5-7am PST)
Potential for coverage hours in the future

Hourly Rate:
To be discussed during the interview

Commitment:
7 hours per week
90 days, as needed
What We Are Looking For:
    • is comfortable communicating with the client daily
    • must have access to Excel
    • has Zendesk experience
    • able to craft professional responses from information and resources without a script
    • proficient English skills
    • can keep up with continuously changing & updating workflows
    • is comfortable researching answers using provided resource material
    • is comfortable with assisting people with account setup, locating information, and troubleshooting, both new and advanced users
    • is very detail-oriented
    • has the intermediate technical knowledge and a desire to understand the How of tech/digital environments
    • Bonus: simple programming experience.
    • Bonus: has taken at least 1 college course or equivalent
WorkSpace Requirements:
    • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
    • Quality headset
    • Quiet workspace to take calls
    • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
