This role will revolve around customer and/or driver support through answering phones, taking payments, making collections calls, ensuring assets are picked up and returned in a timely manner, and account maintenance duties for several different companies. The successful candidate will work alongside other Support Specialists and report directly to the department manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly billing
  • Data entry
  • Monitoring email, texts, and other communication platforms
  • Performing other office-related tasks

  • Strong people skills
  • Not easily flustered by difficult customers
  • Team oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • You will be required to learn our rental software

Location & Commitments

  • Permanent, full-time role based in Salisbury, NC.
  • Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5 PM
