Harmony Medical is a leading developer of highly customizable Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software solutions for medical care providers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a vital role in implementing and supporting Harmony EHR and Practice Management software. Candidates should be tech-savvy with excellent communication skills. Experience with EHR/PM software is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with software-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct software training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of our EHR software.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of Harmony software functionality and setup.
- Assist with new client implementation and on-site training.
- Assist with customizing Harmony software to fit each client’s specific needs and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Support, preferably in a healthcare or software environment.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software is strongly preferred.
- Experience with SQL Databases a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
