Customer Support Specialist

Harmony Medical is a leading developer of highly customizable Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software solutions for medical care providers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a vital role in implementing and supporting Harmony EHR and Practice Management software. Candidates should be tech-savvy with excellent communication skills. Experience with EHR/PM software is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Customer Support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with software-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct software training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of our EHR software.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of Harmony software functionality and setup.
• Assist with new client implementation and on-site training.
• Assist with customizing Harmony software to fit each client’s specific needs and workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Support, preferably in a healthcare or software environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software is strongly preferred.
• Experience with SQL Databases a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Expected hours: 40 per week
