Customer Support Specialist - Remote/Office

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
