Emphasys Software’s Housing Locator, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU), is seeking a Customer Support Manager based remotely to support the growth of our business.
Emphasys Software's goal is to build, invest in, and improve industry-leading software for the affordable housing market.
Emphasys's market-leader Housing Locator, the Zillow for Affordable Housing, is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working Customer Support leader with exceptional strategic, operational, and communication skills - both verbal and written. The individual will be responsible for helping to build, organize, and manage all in-house Customer Support provided (inbound and outbound across various channels), as well as overseeing existing external call center vendor on key inbound support.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and track client contracts for all products & services (HL maintenance, RentComp, Waitlist/Lottery, Add-ons).
- Provide client support to our HFA and HL client base by being thorough, technical, and articulate.
- Support client marketing activities as applicable.
- Help represent Housing Locator by being polite, professional and tactful at applicable conferences.
- Employing tenancity to revise and build Customer Support documentation and policies.
- Help administer HL trainings and demonstrations for agencies, reporting assistance, and other client support as needed.
- Ad-Hoc special project and program support as needed.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years professional experience in contract management and/or Customer Support; experience in the affordable housing industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong technical investigation and follow-up skills.
- Experience with hardware & operating system-level administrative settings investigation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with standard business environment software, such as Operating Systems (e.g. Windows), office word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g. Word, Excel).
