Creatunity LLC is a leading marketing agency and e-commerce company that is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join the team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional service through chat. You will be expected to respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, and ensure that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers by live chat
- Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Working closely with other members of the Customer Support team to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
Requirements
- Knowledge of Filipino and English on Native Speaker level
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Customer Support software (e.g. Gorgias etc.)
