Job Purpose*
In your role as a client Support Specialist you will help facilitate the operations of the waste cycle and work as a liason between customers and drivers. In this role you communicate over the phone, via chat, video, and monitioring techology to ensure efficient service to our customers in residential and commericial lines of business. You will work as team to drive enhancements in both our Customer and driver experience by providing real time logistics support in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities*
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Compiles carrier and route assignments
- Meet KPI's and required daily logistics activities safely and efficiently
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of daily waste removal routes
- Successfully conducts and completes all assigned trainings
- Participates in continuous improvement training and assists with training drivers
- Oversees waste storage areas, waste documentation, equipment, and procedures
- Provides additional backup support for drivers and customer service
- Responds to and resolves customer concerns
The successful candidate profile includes:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior customer service experience is a must
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work until your route is complete
- Strong computer skill, including working knowledge of ERP systems
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve
- Drives a culture of Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate within a team as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
