Our Call Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI services Pool Owners nationwide, which never leads to a boring day! You never know who you'll get the opportunity of assisting! Come learn the ins and outs of swimming pools and all the fun that comes with caring for a backyard pool!
Expect to assist Customers in identifying products that will fit their needs, assisting them to place orders as well as providing terrific Customer Service for anything needed after that order is placed. You will also be trained on handling and assisting all different sorts of Customer Related Inquiries by being an integral part of our Customer Support Team.
This position offers flexible scheduling between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the overtime and weekend availability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls and emails regarding account status, product support, order fulfillment, service renewals and sales inquiries.
- Provide user support for proprietary web and desktop software and resolve problems
- Actively service new and current client accounts through processing paperwork, tracking and monitoring the progress of these account requests, and regularly updating the client.
- Ensure accuracy of information and accounts that are being submitted for and requested by clients.
- Regularly provide feedback on ways that the position and processes can be improved or made more efficient.
- Supports other activities and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
