Job Description:
Position is the first step in case management progression. Begin to process new applications as submitted and provide basic customer service to field agencies. Asssemble and mail new policies. Enter data and statistics into databases. Ensure that supporting forms, underwriting requirements are complete with proper signatures.
Requirements:
- Proficient at typing, data entry, microsoft office, multi-tasking in computer systems.
- High school diploma minimum, college education and degree preferred.
