Customer Support Specialist for growing Textile Business

New England Alpaca Fiber Pool (NEAFP), a family-owned and operated small business, seeks a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and social media platforms to provide outstanding Customer Support and assistance.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with our production and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our customer database.
  • Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns while engaging with customers.
  • Assist in updating eCommerce product listings and descriptions with photos, graphics, and text.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet to find creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, social media, and various software applications.
