Customer Support Representative
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide support and assistance
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in using Customer Support software and tools
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
