Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized solutions to customers based on unique needs and service issues by answering questions and offering assistance with the utilization of contract negotiation, closing sales, and customized packages
- Acquire knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions by attending company meetings, and webinars, and thoroughly reading flier/email updates
- Open new customer accounts and input client information accurately and timely
- Refer concerns, problems, and questions to upper-level management as necessary
- Maintain quality service parallel to client policies and guidelines by having a positive attitude and calmly responding to customers
Qualities of a Customer Support Representative:
- Consistently excel under pressure, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to solve problems in real-time pertaining to customer needs

Education/Experience We Are Looking For in a Customer Support Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of previous experience in customer service, Customer Support, call center, or retail
