The OEM Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our OEM customers. This position will require the ability to communicate effectively with customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to problems. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to OEM customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to problems
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with OEM customer service preferred
