RESPONSIBILITY

- Deliver top-notch service, exceeding expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Become a platform expert, continuously deepening your knowledge to provide accurate solutions to customer challenges.
- Take charge of support processes, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide proactive guidance and resources to help customers maximize the platform's value independently.
- Analyze customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead efforts to enhance processes and features.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive impactful changes.
REQUIREMENTS
- English as a mother tongue level with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Genuine empathy and focus on customer success. Willingness to take ownership and drive resolutions.
- A knack for turning obstacles into opportunities with creative solutions.
- A thirst for knowledge and willingness to adapt to new technologies, products, and processes!
- Proficiency with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous.
- Ideal - an undergraduate degree or a student with at least one year left in university
- Proficiency with MS Office and a spreadsheet enthusiast, ideally with a background in accounting, business, or a similar discipline.
