REQUIREMENTS
- English as a mother tongue level with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Genuine empathy and focus on customer success. Willingness to take ownership and drive resolutions.
- A knack for turning obstacles into opportunities with creative solutions.
- A thirst for knowledge and willingness to adapt to new technologies, products, and processes!
- Proficiency with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous.
- Ideal - an undergraduate degree or a student with at least one year left in university
- Proficiency with MS Office and a spreadsheet enthusiast, ideally with a background in accounting, business, or a similar discipline.
