Do you want the flexibility of working from home and convenient work hours? We are seeking motivated team members to help patients and their families navigate their healthcare needs. Tennessee Pediatrics is looking for motivated, self-driven, self-manageable remote telephone team members.
Our flexible schedule allows you to work two to five hours shifts with flexible start times. You can work two to five days per week.
Must have reliable internet connection and quiet, dedicated space to work with very minimal background noise.
Essential Duties:
- Inbound phone calls to schedule patient visits
- Clerical Document management
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients
- Ability to function well in a high-speed, high-volume work environment
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or higher (required)
